Trustee Nomination Form

To be a Trustee you must be a member of the charity and not any of the following;

• An employee of the Company
• Under 18 years of age
• Bankrupt or disqualified by law from serving as a Company Director
• Convicted of dishonesty, deception or otherwise disqualified by law from serving as charity trustee

You can nominate yourself or someone else, as long as you get their permission.
