WHO
A course for dads, mums and anyone who cares for a child with an ADHD diagnosis.
WHAT
This course will cover things like understanding and managing ADHD, school issues and tips to handle tricky meetings, survival strategies and lots more.
It wil be run by a parent who knows what it’s like and a worker who has loads of extra information.

Tuesdays10am until 1pm
Starting Tuesday 21st February 2023 for 6 consecutive weeks :
21st, 28th February, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th March 2023.
