A course for parents, carers, grandparents who would like to
know more about how to support Early Years children (2-5
years) with their sleep.
WHAT
This interactive, informal workshop will:
• Look at some of the reasons children with SEND may have
sleep issues.
• Explore what a good sleep routine looks like.
• Look at practical ways to support a child with SEND to
develop a good sleep routine.
• Have time for questions and answers!
