WHAT
This 6 week course will offer practical tips and techniques to
manage our anxiety. We will explore how we as individuals
respond to anxiety, the warning signs we get, how to practice
midfulness, coping with self-critical thoughts, self talk, resilience
and learning from our past experiences, how we relax, grounding
techniques and gratitude.

for 6 consecutive weeks: 10th, 17th, 24th September

your family.
