Unique Ways Annual Survey results 2024
We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who completed our Annual Survey 2024. We know it’s a long survey, however, we feel it’s important that you (our Members) can use your voice and share your feedback. It’s also vital that we share the results with the Local Authority. Some key highlights from the Unique Ways service offer:
- 99% of existing Members would recommend us to another Parent Carer.
- 97% say that we have helped you to find out about services.
- 96% feel more resilient having been supported by us.
As always, the specific comments you give us provides really rich data for us. Unfortunately, there are some things that Members have mentioned they would like, that are not within the gift of Unique Ways i.e. we won’t be able to put on play groups and activities for disabled children as this is not what we do.
