Strategic Review of Unplanned Care
Calderdale Council Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is asking people what works well and where improvements could be made when it comes to accessing urgent and emergency care services: • GP surgeries • Walk in centres • A&E departments • Out of hours doctors
The CCG needs to hear your views and has a questionnaire which they would like you to complete. Although the form looks complicated, please don’t be put off(!) as it is an important issue for all of us. There is space under ‘other comments’ to let the CCG know about your experiences and ideas to improve urgent/emergency care services.
